Iglesias Entertainment ONE, powered by counterTEN | Version 1.0 | 19 October 2026
1. Identity and purpose
These ONE General Terms of Use (Terms) govern a single acceptance that creates two direct relationships: your continuing counterTEN ONE account and Account Services provided by counterTEN, Inc., and your Iglesias Entertainment ONE programme registration provided by BERIN. ONE is currently provided through its application and enabled supporting pages. An individual ONE Prize Pass may be issued manually for a prize claim where expressly required by the relevant Official Rules. The account may continue across artists, events and campaigns; availability of future features is not promised.
The ONE programme operator is BERIN IGLESIAS, S.L. (BERIN or Iglesias Entertainment), NIF B01700475, Calle Serrano 29, Piso 1.º D, 28001 Madrid, Spain; prize contact: winners.ieone@counterten.com. The provider of the continuing ONE account and Account Services is counterTEN, Inc., a Delaware corporation, 11172 Corte Pleno Verano, San Diego, CA 92130, United States (counterTEN).
BERIN is the default legal organizer and principal obligor for ONE promotions, prize supply, fulfillment and applicable prize taxes unless a promotion’s Official Rules name another organizer. HOY COMO SIEMPRE, A.I.E. (NIF V56285752) may undertake delegated venue, concert-ticket and experience coordination for MORAT Madrid under its documented arrangements. counterTEN provides ONE technology and digital administration and is the authorized in-app sponsor of the MORAT Madrid campaign, not its legal prize organizer or principal prize guarantor. No provision displaces mandatory statutory responsibilities. Concert tickets and venue entry remain subject to applicable separate conditions.
2. Services and free participation
ONE offers enabled account functions and may offer fan profiles, artist and concert information, stated preferences, Daily Drops, challenges, referrals, entries (papeletas), rewards and free prize draws where expressly available. The platform may feature future discovery opportunities involving other artists, events and partners on a disclosed lawful basis. Features vary by campaign and do not automatically carry over. ONE does not access your device contacts. Features not currently available are not promised.
counterTEN provides ongoing ONE authentication, account management and enabled participation services. BERIN runs its Iglesias Entertainment fan programme, including applicable campaigns, rules and fulfillment. The counterTEN account may continue after a BERIN campaign ends, unless the user deletes the ONE account or services lawfully end. Future campaigns are not guaranteed.
Registration and participation in free ONE draws do not require payment to BERIN or counterTEN. Some experiences may require a valid concert ticket for the concert or scope expressly stated in the rules, obtained separately; where relevant this is prominently disclosed. Neither registration nor earning papeletas guarantees winning, receiving concert tickets or a particular experience.
You can enter only draws that are open and have published Official Rules. No ONE Prize Pass substitutes for a concert admission ticket unless the relevant Rules expressly say so. A manually issued Prize Pass may be required to validate a winner claim.
3. Registration, age and account
ONE registration is available worldwide to persons aged 18 or over, subject to applicable law. You must provide email, first and last name, username, age range and country, verify email through a login code and accept these Terms; postal code and gender are optional. Entry in MORAT Madrid draws requires legal residence in Spain and age 18+ at entry and winner verification; guests must also be 18+. No full birth date or ID image is routinely required on signup. Additional evidence may be checked proportionately when verifying a winner under the Official Rules.
Each person must use their own account and protect their credentials. Duplicate accounts used to multiply entries, false identities, automated actions, manipulation of draws and misuse of access credentials or codes are prohibited. BERIN may request proportionate identity or eligibility verification before prize fulfillment.
You may update available information in Profile and select “Delete my account” in ONE. That single action closes BOTH your counterTEN account and Iglesias Entertainment ONE registration; separate in-app closure of one relationship alone is not offered. You may also request assistance at privacy.ieone@counterten.com. Limited records may be retained when needed for prize entitlements, tax, legal obligations or claims, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Deletion does not automatically erase information already lawfully disclosed to another independent controller.
4. Papeletas, rewards and activities
Papeletas are non-cash, non-transferable participation units with no monetary value, not purchased tickets or guaranteed awards. How they are earned, allocated, consumed or expire is determined by the particular published Official Rules; entries do not automatically transfer to future promotions. Future ONE reward programmes may have different published rules. A reward is not automatically a prize, and winning a prize is subject to the published draw and claim requirements.
The general ONE Terms govern platform accounts and services. Each promotion’s Official Rules govern its eligibility, entries, deadlines, winner selection, prizes and redemption; if these documents conflict on promotion-specific matters, the applicable Official Rules control, subject to mandatory law. Entry into a specific draw requires the applicable Official Rules and any separately required acceptance. Eligible winners are selected by the published computerized random-draw process, followed by procedural and eligibility checks; personalized recommendations do not determine winners.
The promoter and prize suppliers are responsible for the supply, tickets, physical access, merchandise and experiences they expressly undertake in the rules. counterTEN supplies its Account Services and operates technology, digital selection and promotion records according to approved rules, without replacing the draw organizer or concert access authority.
Apple Inc. and Google LLC do not sponsor or participate in ONE promotions. The applicable Official Rules provide promotion-specific disclosures.
5. User content and conduct
You must use ONE lawfully and respectfully and respect third-party rights. Introducing malware, unauthorized reverse engineering, exploiting vulnerabilities, disrupting the platform, extracting databases and using content for unauthorized advertising are prohibited. Artist, brand and promoter content may be used only within the permitted ONE context.
Where ONE allows responses, answers or preferences, you must have the rights to provide them. You grant BERIN and counterTEN only the limited permissions necessary to operate that requested activity and to produce aggregated or effectively de-identified campaign results and reports, and not a perpetual public commercial license. ONE does not currently promise user photo/video uploads or public user-content publishing. Artist and venue recording restrictions continue to apply.
6. Intellectual property and third-party rights
The ONE and Iglesias Entertainment brands belong to their respective owners. Platform software, code, architecture, procedures and other proprietary elements belong to counterTEN or its licensors. Artist, sponsor, venue and company names, photographs, recordings, music, marks and materials belong to their respective owners and are displayed only to the extent authorized.
Nothing grants you reproduction, synchronization, broadcasting, commercial exploitation or promotional rights in an artist’s image. Features and campaigns may change or end when authorized rights expire, without prejudice to consumer rights or validly awarded prizes.
7. Communications and optional permissions
BERIN and counterTEN may send messages needed to verify your account, provide requested services, administer draws and fulfill prizes. For this version’s launch, each company’s electronic marketing requires its own optional, affirmative permission, unchecked by default. Declining does not prevent registration or participation.
At launch, ONE offers three distinct, optional, unticked marketing choices for counterTEN, BERIN and La Fragata LLC (the identified MORAT recipient). None is required to create an account, enter a draw or receive a prize. MORAT may receive only information covered by specific affirmative consent, with no app, admin-panel or database access and no immediate export. Any optional one-time export occurs no earlier than the later of 5 November 2026 and completion of authorized Campaign processing, and only if your separate consent remains valid, the Recipient has executed its accession, the authorized data fields and withdrawal exclusions have been verified, and the transfer safeguards described in the Privacy Policy are in place.
Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to marketing. Optional promotional email and push require the appropriate separate permission; device notification permission is insufficient by itself. Marketing choices may be changed in Profile or by contacting privacy.ieone@counterten.com. You may object unconditionally to processing for direct marketing, including related recommendation profiling, through that contact. Essential account, security and winner messages are not marketing. No third party receives identifiable information simply because its content appears in ONE.
8. Availability, changes and maintenance
ONE may undergo updates, maintenance, interruptions or justified changes for security, capacity, artist rights, reward availability or legal needs. Appropriate notice of material changes and legally required consent will be provided. Changes will not retroactively remove valid prize entitlements or override applicable Official Rules or mandatory consumer rights. Essential rules of open draws will not be changed retroactively to participants’ unjustified detriment.
If an activity requires connectivity or venue access, you are responsible for your own connectivity and for following reasonable safety and promoter instructions. Alternative or manual routes are available only where established for the relevant activity.
9. Personal data and tracking technologies
The ONE Privacy Policy (English and Spanish, version 1.0 dated 19 October 2026) explains data controller roles, lawful bases, international processing, recipients, retention and rights. These Terms are not blanket consent to personal-data processing or cross-app tracking. ONE does not currently use GPS location collection or advertising/analytics/attribution SDKs.
BERIN and counterTEN are joint controllers for the shared operations specified in the Privacy Policy and Article 26 arrangement summary. counterTEN is also an independent controller for its Account Services and disclosed own purposes. These data roles are distinct from prize-organizer status.
10. Responsibility and user rights
BERIN and counterTEN do not guarantee draw outcomes or uninterrupted availability, but these Terms do not exclude mandatory consumer, user or data-protection duties. Each entity is responsible to you according to its actual function and applicable law. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions or complaints about ONE may be sent to support.ieone@counterten.com; prize claims to winners.ieone@counterten.com; concert, ticket or venue complaints should be directed to the issuer or responsible entity identified on the ticket, without prejudice to your legal rights. Prize complaints are directed to the organizer identified in the relevant rules.
11. Duration, suspension and cancellation
Your ONE account is intended to continue across artists and campaigns. Ending a MORAT or BERIN campaign does not automatically delete the continuing counterTEN account. However, using “Delete my account” ends BOTH the counterTEN account and BERIN ONE registration; no separate self-service termination is currently provided. counterTEN may proportionately suspend or restrict accounts for reasonably suspected fraud, security threats or material Terms violations. BERIN may disqualify invalid promotion entries under applicable Official Rules. A human review of disputed promotion exclusions is available, with notice and procedural safeguards as appropriate. Such action does not cancel validly awarded prizes or mandatory legal rights. Retention, inactivity notification and limited legal records follow the Privacy Policy.
Appropriate advance notice will be given of a planned material service closure or interface withdrawal, explaining the access actually available, how to close an account and the continuing prize contact. Only an urgent legal or security requirement may justify shorter notice, with notice as soon as reasonably possible. Tour end, ONE closure or the end of the providers’ commercial relationship does not cancel valid prizes or their bookings, extensions or remedies. BERIN will maintain an operational route for Golden Ticket and other outstanding prizes; before replacing winners.ieone@counterten.com, it will enable and communicate the new route without losing timely claims.
12. Governing law, support and updates
These Terms are interpreted under applicable Spanish law and the mandatory consumer protections of your habitual residence where applicable. Consumers retain legally prescribed courts and remedies; no exclusive forum contrary to those rights is imposed.
These Terms are accepted electronically in English or Spanish and take effect when presented and accepted. We keep a record of the version, language and time of your acceptance; the current version is available in ONE. New or materially revised Terms will be presented for your acceptance where required, and promotions may require separate acceptance of their Official Rules. Accepting these Terms does not authorize marketing. Changes do not prejudice validly awarded prizes or mandatory rights. The English and Spanish texts are intended to be substantively equivalent. For consumers in Spain, the Spanish version is the authoritative consumer-facing version; applicable mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights elsewhere remain unaffected.
