2.3 Entry Allocation, Changes and Drawing Closure
Once a reward drawing becomes available in ONE, eligible participants may allocate their available entries (“Papeletas”) to that drawing. Until a drawing takes place, participants may change their minds at any time by adding, withdrawing or moving Papeletas between drawings that remain open.
When a drawing takes place, it closes to further entries or changes. All Papeletas allocated to that drawing are permanently consumed, whether the participant wins or loses. Those Papeletas cannot be returned, transferred or reused.
Papeletas allocated to other open drawings and unallocated Papeletas remaining in the participant’s ONE balance are unaffected. How Papeletas are earned, their limits and the treatment of unused balances are addressed in Section 5.
3. Eligibility and Participation
3.1 Eligibility
ONE registration and participation are available worldwide to individuals aged 18 or older. Participation in the MORAT Madrid 2026 prize drawings is subject to the eligibility requirements established in these Official Rules.
To be eligible to receive a MORAT Madrid 2026 prize, a participant must be at least 18 years old and legally resident in Spain both when entering the drawing and when their eligibility is verified. Spanish nationality or residence in Madrid is not required.
The Organizer may require any participant selected in a drawing to provide official identification (DNI, passport or another valid identification document) and appropriate documentation establishing their age and legal residence in Spain.
Selection in a drawing does not constitute final confirmation of a prize. A selected participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or fails to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period communicated by the Organizer may forfeit the prize, subject to Section 7 and applicable law.
3.2 Single Account and Exclusions
Each participant may use only one ONE account to participate in the Promotion. Employees of BERIN, HOY and counterTEN, and any other persons directly involved in organizing, administering or auditing the Promotion, are excluded from participation in the prize drawings.
Entries obtained through duplicate accounts, false identities or fraudulent activity may be disqualified in accordance with these Official Rules.
3.3 Free Participation and No Purchase Necessary
Participation in the MORAT Madrid 2026 Promotion is free. No purchase, payment or prior concert ticket is required to earn Papeletas, enter a drawing, win or claim a prize. Concert ticket holders may complete seat-detail and attendance activities described in Section 5.2. No purchase or concert ticket is required to participate, enter any drawing or win.

All concert tickets included in these prizes are supplied or arranged by the Organizer through BERIN/HOY. Concert admission and experience access are subject to applicable venue and ticketing conditions.
Prizes do not include travel, accommodation or personal expenses unless expressly stated otherwise. Additional prize-specific conditions, redemption procedures and restrictions are provided in the following sections.
Concert-Date Restrictions. Each reward is associated with the MORAT concert date specified for that reward in the prize allocation table in Section 4.1. Any concert tickets or concert-specific experiences included in a prize are valid only for that designated date and cannot be exchanged for another concert date. Winners may not select a different concert date. Additional Golden Ticket entitlements are governed separately by Section 4.3.
4.2 Golden Ticket
Four (4) Golden Ticket prizes will be awarded, one for each designated MORAT Madrid concert date. Each Golden Ticket winner receives two tickets to the designated MORAT Madrid concert, plus nine (9) additional pairs of concert tickets, with a 365-day redemption entitlement.
4.3 Golden Ticket Event Selection and Redemption
Each Golden Ticket winner is entitled to redeem nine (9) additional pairs of tickets for eligible live entertainment events promoted or co-promoted by Iglesias Entertainment through BERIN or HOY, subject to ticket availability through the Organizer in its capacity as promoter.
Redemption Period. The additional ticket entitlements are valid for 365 calendar days from the date on which the Golden Ticket prize is awarded and confirmed to the winner in writing (the “Award Date”). The Organizer will specify the Award Date and expiration date in the winner’s prize-confirmation email.
How to Request Tickets. Winners must submit their ticket requests by email to winners.ieone@counterten.com, using the email address associated with their ONE account. Each request must identify the winner, the Golden Ticket prize reference, the preferred event, venue or city, event date and number of ticket pairs requested.
Advance Notice. Ticket requests must be received at least thirty (30) calendar days before the requested event and within the 365-day redemption period. Requests made with less than thirty (30) days’ notice are not eligible for fulfillment.
Event Selection and Availability. Winners may select their preferred eligible events, subject to availability of tickets that Iglesias Entertainment can allocate as promoter. Submitting a request does not constitute a confirmed reservation. The Organizer will advise the winner in writing whether the requested tickets are available and provide ticket collection or delivery instructions following confirmation.
If tickets are unavailable for the requested event, the winner may request another eligible event. A request submitted within the redemption period will remain eligible for processing after its expiration, provided the request otherwise satisfies these conditions.
Use of Entitlements. Each confirmed pair of tickets will be deducted from the winner’s nine additional ticket-pair entitlements. Tickets are personal, non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash. No particular artist, event, date, venue or seating location is guaranteed.
Any additional ticket entitlements for which no valid request is submitted within the 365-day redemption period will expire without compensation, subject to applicable law. Events may take place after the expiration date where a valid request was submitted within the redemption period and the Organizer subsequently confirms availability.
MORAT has no obligation to perform at, participate in or provide tickets for any future event under this prize.
4.4 General Prize Conditions, Non-Transferability and Winner Identity
All prizes are personal and non-transferable. Winners may not sell, assign, transfer or exchange their prizes or prize entitlements, except for the participation of an eligible guest where expressly included in the prize.
Where a prize includes admission or access for a guest, the guest must be at least 18 years old. The winner and guest may be required to present valid official identification. Admission and experience access remain subject to applicable venue, ticketing, security and access conditions.
If a winner declines a prize or fails to claim, collect, attend or redeem it in accordance with these Official Rules, the winner will not be entitled to cash, a refund, credit, ONE account credit, replacement prize or other compensation, except where non-redemption results from the Organizer’s failure to fulfill its obligations or applicable law requires otherwise.
Each prize is awarded exclusively to the individual who held the selected ONE account at the time of the drawing. The account identifier, registered name (where collected), email address and other identifying account details recorded at the time of the drawing will be used to establish and verify the winner’s identity. Once a drawing has taken place, the identity of the winning account holder is final and cannot be changed. Subsequent changes to account details cannot transfer a prize to another person.
The Organizer may require official identification and supporting documentation confirming that the claimant is the original winning account holder. Legitimate corrections of spelling, contact information or a legal name belonging to that same individual may be accepted following appropriate verification. These restrictions do not limit applicable rights to correct inaccurate personal information.
If the identity of the original winning account holder cannot be established or verified, the prize may remain unawarded, subject to applicable law.
4.5 Prize Unavailability and Event Changes
If a prize or experience becomes unavailable because of cancellation, postponement, circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control or other justified reasons, the Organizer will inform the affected winner and make reasonable arrangements consistent with the nature and value of the prize.
Where appropriate and permitted by applicable law, the Organizer may provide a substitute prize or experience of equivalent or greater value, subject to any necessary artist, venue or third-party approvals.
If a Meet & Greet, Soundcheck or Early Entry experience cannot take place but the associated concert proceeds, the winner will retain the concert tickets included in the original prize. The Organizer will address the unavailable experience separately.
No substitution may impose additional costs on the winner or diminish rights guaranteed by applicable law. These provisions do not entitle a winner to request cash, credits or a replacement prize merely because the winner chooses not to redeem or attend an available prize.
4.6 Official MORAT Merchandise Redemption
Each merchandise winner receives one item of official MORAT merchandise, as described in Section 4.1.
Winners attending a MORAT Madrid concert may collect their prize at the merchandise stand designated by the Organizer by presenting their ONE Prize Pass and valid concert ticket. Venue collection ends on October 31, 2026.
Winners who do not collect their prize at the concert may request free alternative fulfillment by emailing winners.ieone@counterten.com from their registered ONE email address no later than November 30, 2026, at 23:59 Madrid time, or within 30 calendar days after winner notification if later.
The Organizer will determine the alternative fulfillment method, which may include collection without concert admission at a reasonably accessible designated location or delivery within Spain, without charge to the winner. Following verification, the Organizer will dispatch the prize or make it available for collection within 30 calendar days and communicate any applicable collection arrangements.
If a winner does not submit a valid request by the deadline, or fails to complete reasonable collection or delivery arrangements for reasons attributable to the winner, the prize may be forfeited without cash payment, credit or replacement, subject to applicable law.
The expiration provisions do not apply where non-redemption results from the Organizer’s failure to provide the prize or required fulfillment instructions. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
4.7 Taxes
Winners are responsible for any personal taxes applicable to their prizes. BERIN IGLESIAS, S.L. will comply with any tax withholding, payments on account and reporting required of it by applicable law.
5. Papeletas and Earning Mechanics
5.1 Papeletas and Free Participation
Papeletas are free digital entries earned through eligible activities in the ONE application.
Participants may earn Papeletas by registering for ONE and completing the qualifying activities made available in the application, subject to the earning amounts and limits described in these Official Rules.
Each Papeleta allocated to a prize drawing counts as one entry in that drawing. Earning Papeletas does not automatically enter a participant into a drawing; participants must allocate their available Papeletas to the prize drawings they wish to enter.
Papeletas have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash, and do not guarantee a prize.
No purchase, payment, concert ticket or optional marketing consent is required to earn Papeletas or participate in the Promotion.
5.2 Earning Activities and Limits The following Papeletas amounts are approved for the Promotion, subject to confirmation that the ONE application awards them as described. Each award is granted only for the corresponding qualifying action in the application. Participants are not required to make a purchase or payment to earn any award.
One Daily Drop check-in reward may be earned per participant per day. The three-hour bonus window opens at varying times in Europe/Madrid. A seven-day streak bonus applies when its qualifying activity requirements are met. A maximum of 25 qualifying new-user referrals may be rewarded per referring participant. Duplicate or fraudulent activity is excluded.

The new user receives the same 10-Papeleta welcome award as every other eligible new registrant, irrespective of joining through MORAT, Ticketmaster, referral or direct registration. The same event will not be counted more than once.
No additional referral-confirmation award is granted for the same registration. The Papeletas amounts and limits in this Section govern the Promotion; material changes will require updated published rules.
5.3 Daily Drops, Activities and Streaks
ONE may offer daily opportunities to earn Papeletas through check-ins and fan-engagement activities, including quizzes and other interactive experiences.
Daily Drops become available at varying times determined by ONE. Participants may earn an on-time or late check-in award as specified in Section 5.2. Only one check-in award may be earned per participant per day.
Additional Papeletas may be earned for completing eligible daily activities or answering quiz questions correctly, subject to the applicable conditions and limits. Rewards are granted only for qualifying actions and may not be earned repeatedly for the same completed action.
Participants may also earn a streak bonus by completing the qualifying daily activity on seven consecutive days, subject to the applicable streak conditions.
The applicable Papeletas amounts, earning limits and qualifying conditions are specified in Section 5.2. All awards are subject to verification of valid participation and the prevention of duplicate or fraudulent activity.
5.4 Referrals
Participants may earn Papeletas by inviting new users to join ONE through the referral functionality provided in the application.
Welcome awards, referral bonuses, eligibility requirements and earning limits are governed by Section 5.2.
Referral rewards are subject to verification of qualifying activity. Duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible activity will not generate rewards.
5.5 Unused Papeletas and Future Promotions
Papeletas remaining in a participant’s available ONE balance after the final Madrid prize drawing on October 29, 2026, at 10:00 Madrid local time will remain in their ONE account. The end of Madrid prize entry does not terminate the separate prize-fulfillment deadlines in Section 4.
ONE may introduce additional artist campaigns and promotions. Each future promotion will have its own published rules determining whether and how previously earned Papeletas may be used, including any applicable eligibility requirements, usage limits or other participation conditions.
Retaining a Papeletas balance does not guarantee its use in future promotions or eligibility for future prizes.
Papeletas allocated to completed MORAT drawings remain permanently consumed and cannot be restored or reused.
6. Drawing Procedures and Winner Selection
6.1 Drawing and Random Selection
Each prize drawing will be conducted separately through ONE on the scheduled date and at the time specified in Section 2.2.
Entries for each drawing will remain open until 10:00 Madrid local time (CET, UTC+1) on the applicable drawing date. At that time, the drawing closes to further entries or changes and random winner selection takes place.
Winners will be selected randomly from the valid Papeletas allocated to the applicable prize pool. Each valid Papeleta has an equal chance of selection within that drawing.
A participant may allocate multiple Papeletas to the same drawing. Each additional valid Papeleta increases that participant’s relative chance of winning without guaranteeing a prize.
Selection is provisional until the winner’s eligibility and identity have been verified in accordance with these Official Rules.
6.2 Multiple Prizes and Winner Eligibility
An eligible participant may enter and win more than one prize drawing during the Promotion. Winning one prize does not automatically exclude the participant from other drawings.
In drawings awarding more than one prize, each participant may win only one prize per drawing, regardless of the number of Papeletas allocated. Once a participant is selected, their remaining Papeletas in that drawing are excluded from the selection of its other prizes. This restriction does not affect their participation or chances of winning in other independent drawings.
Each prize is awarded to the individual who held the selected ONE account at the time of the applicable drawing. The winner’s identity cannot be transferred or substituted.
All selections remain subject to verification of the eligibility requirements established in Section 3 and the applicable prize conditions.
If a selected participant is ineligible or cannot be verified, the Organizer may declare the prize unawarded, subject to applicable law.
7. Winner Notification and Fulfillment
7.1 Winner Notification and Verification
Following each drawing, the Organizer will notify the selected winner directly using the contact information associated with their ONE account and provide the instructions necessary to verify eligibility and receive the prize.
Selection is provisional until the winner’s identity, age, legal residence in Spain and applicable prize requirements have been verified.
The Organizer may request valid official identification and other documentation reasonably necessary for verification and prize fulfillment.
Winners must cooperate with reasonable verification and fulfillment instructions. For concert-specific prizes and experiences, all necessary arrangements must be completed in time for the designated event.
If a selected participant declines the prize, fails to meet the eligibility requirements or cannot be contacted or verified despite reasonable efforts, the Organizer may declare the prize unawarded, subject to applicable law.
Prize-specific redemption periods, including merchandise collection and Golden Ticket entitlements, are governed by Section 4.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.
7.2 Prize Fulfillment and Winner Responsibilities
The Organizer will coordinate prize fulfillment directly or through its authorized service providers, including HOY.
Winners must follow the reasonable instructions communicated by the Organizer for identity verification, ticket delivery, prize collection and access to the applicable concert or experience.
Where a prize includes concert tickets or an experience, winners and their guests must comply with the applicable venue, ticketing, security and admission requirements.
Failure by a winner to provide necessary information, comply with reasonable instructions or attend a scheduled experience may result in forfeiture of the applicable prize or experience, subject to these Official Rules and applicable law.
Prize fulfillment, redemption periods, transfer restrictions and any applicable expiration conditions are governed by Section 4.
8. Fraud, Disqualification and Account Integrity
8.1 Fraud and Disqualification
Participants must provide accurate information, use only their own ONE account and comply with these Official Rules.
The Organizer may reject entries, cancel improperly obtained Papeletas or disqualify participants where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, duplicate accounts, false identities, automated participation, manipulation of the Promotion or other material violations of these Official Rules.
Any such action will be proportionate to the circumstances and subject to applicable law.
The Organizer may verify relevant information and take reasonable measures to protect the integrity of the Promotion and its prize drawings.
9. Changes, Cancellation and Organizer Responsibility
9.1 Changes and Cancellation
The Organizer may make reasonable changes to the Promotion where justified by operational, technical, security or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that such changes are communicated appropriately and do not unfairly prejudice participants.
The Organizer may suspend, postpone or cancel the Promotion where serious circumstances make its proper or lawful continuation impracticable.
Any changes affecting prizes already awarded will be handled in accordance with Section 4.5 and applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits the Organizer’s obligations or participants’ rights under applicable law.
10. Privacy and Winner Publicity
10.1 Personal Data and Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the ONE Privacy Policy.
Participant information may be used as necessary to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, conduct drawings, notify winners, fulfill prizes, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
Information may be shared with the Organizer, counterTEN, HOY and authorized service providers only as necessary for their respective lawful responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable privacy notices.
Participation in the Promotion does not require consent to optional marketing communications or the transfer of personal information to MORAT for marketing purposes.
Any optional sharing of participant information with MORAT for marketing purposes requires separate, valid consent and compliance with the applicable privacy notices and governing agreements.
Participants may exercise their data protection rights as described in the ONE Privacy Policy.
Following any authorized transfer of personal information to MORAT or its designated recipient, that recipient will independently manage subsequent communications, contact-information updates, consent withdrawals and privacy requests relating to its own database. Participants should direct such requests to the recipient using the contact information provided in its privacy notice. BERIN and counterTEN remain responsible only for their own applicable data protection obligations.
10.2 Winner Publicity
The Organizer may announce prize results using winners’ public ONE usernames through ONE and authorized promotional channels, in accordance with applicable law.
Photographs and recordings of concerts, prize experiences and related activities may be captured and used where permitted by applicable law. Any additional consent or authorization will be obtained only where legally required.
Public winner announcements do not replace direct notification under Section 7.1.
