FAQ
Is ONE free?
Yes! Joining ONE, earning entries and entering prize draws are all free. There's nothing to buy!
Do I need a concert ticket?
No! You don't need a concert ticket to enter any draw. All prizes except merch include concert tickets!
What is an entry?
An entry is a chance to win a prize! Earn entries for free in ONE and choose which prize draws to put them in. The more entries you put in a draw, the better your chances of winning!
When are the draws?
At 10:00 Madrid time on October 25, 26, 28 and 29, two days before each concert. You can move your entries until each draw closes.
How will I know if I won?
If you're a winner, great news! We'll contact you through your ONE account details with instructions to verify your eligibility and claim your prize. Reply by the deadline in the Official Rules to keep your prize.
Who can enter the MORAT Madrid prize draws?
Legal residents of Spain aged 18 or over. See the Official Rules for full details.
Can I take part if I don't live in Spain?
You can still download ONE and follow your artists! However, the MORAT Madrid prize draws are open only to legal residents of Spain aged 18 or over.
